Why Lowlines?
Lowline Cattle are not just another novelty breed but are the result of over 75 years of professional selective breeding designed to produce a superior and efficient beef animal. These naturally quiet tempered, easy to raise animals have a lot more to offer than the typical fad type animals offered as the so called miniature breeds today.
Lowlines are an extremely efficient beef animal, that produces a high quality meat product with immediate acceptance in the existing beef market. These animals are a ground floor opportunity to provide foundation animals for the growing Lowline market. We believe the future beef herd in the USA will eventually be made up of these type animals because of their high production efficiency and by the rapidly growing demand for grass fed beef. These animals are uniquely qualified to meet this special market

Can you benefit from a 40% increase in retail product per acre?
This goal is possible because of the higher stocking rates, and significantly higher product yields for Lowline cattle. This higher than normal product yield has been repeatedly verified by ultra sound measurements in the US and Australia. These tests consistently show a boneless retail product yield at 20 to 30% more product per 100 weight of carcass. This combined with the greater feed efficiency or stocking rate per acre results in dramatic increases in retail product per acre.
