Our retail product is a  half of beef sold based on hanging weight beef or a mixed beef quarter sold by the finished meat weight. These are Gourmet beef products. The beef half is comprised of and sold as a solid side of beef prior to it being cut up into steaks, roasts etc. Mixed beef quarters are cut to our standard specifications and wrapped, labeled and frozen. Because ours are miniature cattle these products are smaller to begin with and thus provides a complete variety of our Lowline Aberdeen Angus beef cuts and will still fit a small freezer (about 4 cubic feet of space needed).

 
Beef is sold on a first come first served basis and we recommend pre-ordering this item to be sure you can get one when they are ready. Their is no cost to get on our reservation list and no payment is required until we are ready to book a half for your purchase.

Cost and ordering:

1.  The cost for one split Quarter is $4.25 per pound based on the meat hanging weight.

2. Mixed quarters are sold by the pounds of beef in the finished quarter. A beef quarter costs $8.95 a pound.
