Product availability

We sell our meat in packages which we call  split quarters. These average about 25 lbs. each and are sold by the pound of actual meat in the package. All our beef comes from  Miniature Lowline Aberdeen Angus steers raised on our own farm. This way we control the entire process of raising and caring for the animals which become Dayspring Farm beef. Split quarters need to be pre-ordered and are available on a first come first served basis when we have a steer ready.

Shipping and packaging: Orders are shipped by FedEx ground and are packed for 2 day delivery. We use a special insulated box which guarentees the frozen meat will arrive in a safe refrigerated condition: 
 
We will ship split quarter orders to New England and eastern NY addresses only.  You may also pick up at the farm and save the shipping cost.

Telephone orders: We encourage telephone reservation for beef packages because it gives us an opportunity to discuss availability and scheduling. You can also e-mail us to get on our order list.

Payments: We do accept credit cards over the phone, will send you a Paypal invoice or you can pay by personal check. No payment is required until we are ready to ship.
